As a second generation electrician, Don DuBaldo grew up immersed in the electrical industry and brings his 25 plus years of hands on experience to the company. He officially began his career supervised by highly accomplished electricians, where he polished his skills and gained experience in both residential and commercial construction. Don went on to establish D. DuBaldo Electric Co., LLC in his hometown of Manchester, Connecticut and since then has established significant ties to the community. Don’s leadership and management skills are evident in the team of dedicated professionals he has assembled and the reputation this team has for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. His natural multitasking abilities and business sense have helped thrust D. DuBaldo Electric to the top of the electrical contracting industry and the company’s portfolio of successfully completed contracts has grown to include many that exceed $5 million.
Dan Mulligan
General Manager / Safety Coordinator
Dan Mulligan started his electrical career with LaCasse Electric in Willimantic, CT and then honed his experience with several electrical contractors in the state, including Semac Electric, ECI Electric, and DuBaldo Electric. Three years at Glad Manufacturing, a division of the Clorox Company, in Georgia, allowed him to broaden his industrial experience. In 2000, he returned to Connecticut and joined D. DuBaldo Electric Co., LLC. Dan currently serves as General Manager with responsibilities that include project estimating and project management. His considerable expertise and talent has directly contributed to the latest round of company growth and success. He is a licensed E1 Electrician in Connecticut and holds a Journeyman Electrician’s license in Massachusetts.
Scott Williams
Service Manager/Project Administrator
Scott Williams has been in the electrical trade nearly 30 years and has been with D. DuBaldo Electric LLC. for about 20 years. Scott always strives to provide outstanding customer service and his specialties include commercial and residential electrical work. His range of experience includes tech and foreman positions and he is currently the Service Manager for D. DuBaldo Electric. Scott has successfully completed OSHA 10 training and Generac Air cooled training.
Paulette Anderson
Accounting Manager
Paulette joined the team at D. DuBaldo Electric Co. LLC in 2023, bringing with her an extensive knowledge of finance and personnel. Paulette has over 25 years of experience working with small businesses and has been integral in the advancement of D. DuBaldo Electric Co., LLC. Her duties encompass management of all accounting and human resource functions, including payroll and benefits administration.
Sally Sakowski
Accounting Manager
The skills in financial and personnel function which Sally brings to the team at D. DuBaldo Electric Co. have been built over the course of a 30 plus year career which spans time in both small business as well as corporate environments. In 2012, she joined D. DuBaldo Electric Co., LLC and put these skills to work improving the efficiency of the entire office function. Sally’s talent has been an integral force behind the steady growth of the company. Her duties encompass management of all accounting and human resource functions, including payroll and benefits administration. She has been a Connecticut Notary Public since 2012.
Karen Cyr
Property Management/ Administrative Staff
Karen joined the D. DuBaldo Electric team in 2016, with a background in retail auditing, staff accounting and as a POS accounting software instructor. An affinity for people, combined with customer service experience and dedication to responsive customer care has transitioned well into Property Management for DuBaldo Construction & Management. Karen oversees both residential and commercial tenants managing leasing, advertising, and timely resolve to tenant requests. Karen’s complementing office support role with all levels of management ensures efficient flow in our home office.
